This Privacy Policy explains how H&J Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Halora on iPhone or iPad.

Photos and creative content

Photos, collages, text layers, masks, imported presets, LUTs, fonts, and other files you choose are processed locally on your device. Halora does not upload this content to H&J Studio or to a developer-operated server.

Background removal uses Apple’s on-device Vision technology. Your image is processed on your device and is not sent to us for background removal.

Photo library and file access

Halora uses Apple’s system photo and file pickers so you can choose content to edit. The app receives the items you explicitly select. When you choose to save an export, Halora requests permission to add the finished image to your photo library.

Halora does not scan your photo library, contacts, location, microphone, or camera.

Information we do not collect

• No name, email address, phone number, or account profile.
• No precise or approximate location.
• No device identifiers for advertising or tracking.
• No usage analytics, advertising data, or browsing history.
• No photos, edited images, text, fonts, presets, or document contents.

Storage and deletion

Content handled by Halora remains on your device or in locations you choose through Apple’s system interfaces, such as Photos or Files. You control exported images and imported files through those apps. Removing Halora deletes its locally stored app data according to iOS or iPadOS behavior.

Third-party services and Apple

Halora does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Apple may process information related to downloading the app, App Store transactions, device diagnostics, or iCloud and file-provider services under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. That processing is controlled by Apple or the service you choose, not by Halora.

Children’s privacy

Halora does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because the app does not provide accounts or collect personal information, users do not submit personal data to us through the app.

International users

Because Halora does not send personal information to H&J Studio, we do not transfer your in-app photos or creative content to our servers in another country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Halora’s features or data practices change. The current version and effective date will always be posted on this page. If a future update introduces data collection, we will update this policy and any required App Store disclosures before that collection begins.
